1. These terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of the https://www.llccsp.com website and any consultation you purchase through it. By using the site or booking a consultation you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Larger engagements — projects, retainers and contracts — are governed by a separate written agreement, which takes precedence over these terms to the extent of any conflict.

2. Who we are

Creative Solution Partners LLC is a limited liability company registered in the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, with its principal office at 6229 Lawson Drive, Haymarket, VA 20169.

3. Consultation services

We currently offer the following consultation formats through this site:

• Discovery Call — 30 minutes, $150 USD. A focused call to understand your challenge and tell you plainly whether we are the right people for it.
• Strategy Session — 60 minutes, $295 USD. A working session on a specific problem: a bid, a stalled project, a risk exposure, a restructure.
• Half-Day Advisory — 4 hours, $950 USD. A half-day deep dive with your team — for proposal strategy, program design or a risk and resilience review.

A booking is confirmed when payment has been received and we have sent you a calendar invitation. We aim to confirm within one business day.

4. Fees and payment

All prices are stated in US dollars and are payable in full at the time of booking. Payment is processed by Stripe, Inc.; by booking, you also agree to Stripe's applicable terms. Prices exclude any taxes that may be due in your jurisdiction, which are your responsibility. We may change our prices at any time, but never for a booking already paid for.

5. Rescheduling, cancellation and refunds

• Rescheduling: you may reschedule once at no charge by giving at least 24 hours' notice before the scheduled start time.
• Cancellation by you: cancel more than 48 hours before the session for a full refund. Between 48 and 24 hours, 50% is refunded. Within 24 hours, or if you do not attend, the fee is not refundable.
• Cancellation by us: if we cancel or cannot deliver the session, you receive a full refund or a rescheduled session, at your choice.
• Fit: if, on the call, we conclude that we are not the right people for your problem, we will tell you and refund the fee in full.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically appear within five to ten business days.

6. What a consultation is — and is not

Our consultations provide professional advice and opinion based on the information you give us within the time available. They do not constitute legal, tax, accounting, medical, engineering certification, or regulated financial advice, and should not be relied on as a substitute for advice from a licensed professional in those fields. Decisions you take following a consultation remain your own.

7. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information when booking and during the session.
• Only share documents and information you are entitled to share, and redact anything you are not permitted to disclose.
• Do not submit CVs, portfolios or other material on behalf of another person or organization without their authorization.
• Do not upload malicious files, attempt to disrupt the site, or use the forms to send unsolicited commercial messages.

8. CV and portfolio submissions

Submitting a CV or a capability portfolio does not create an employment relationship, a contract, a promise of work, or an obligation on CSP to respond. We may retain and review submissions as described in our Privacy Policy. By submitting a portfolio you grant us permission to review it internally and, where you have separately agreed in writing, to reference your organization in a proposal.

9. Confidentiality

We treat information you share in the course of a consultation as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties except to our personnel and processors who need it to deliver the service, or where required by law. If you require a signed non-disclosure agreement before sharing sensitive material, tell us before the session and we will put one in place.

10. Intellectual property

The content, design, text and marks on this website — including the CSP name and logo — are owned by Creative Solution Partners LLC and may not be copied or reused without written permission. Written deliverables produced during a consultation are licensed to you for your internal business use; we retain ownership of our underlying methods, templates and know-how.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with a consultation booked through this website is limited to the fee you paid for that consultation. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or business opportunity. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud or willful misconduct.

12. Availability of the site

We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend, withdraw or change any part of the site without notice.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in Virginia have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

14. Changes to these terms

We may amend these terms from time to time. The version in force when you make a booking is the version that applies to that booking.
