- 10+ years managing construction or infrastructure programs

Join our roster of evaluators and MEAL specialists for short-term assignments across humanitarian and development portfolios.
- Demonstrated evaluation experience with major donors (BHA, FCDO, UN, CBPF)
- Mobile data collection skills (Kobo/ODK) and strong analytical writing
- Regional language skills valued — Arabic, French, Swahili
