Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Creative Solution Partners LLC (“CSP”, “we”, “us”) is a consulting and management company registered in the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, with its principal office at 6229 Lawson Drive, Haymarket, VA 20169. We are the controller of the personal information described in this policy.

2. Information we collect

We collect only what you choose to give us through this website:

• Consultation bookings: your name, email address, phone number, organization, time zone, preferred meeting times and the description of what you would like to discuss.
• CV submissions: your name, contact details, country of residence, sector, years of experience, availability, LinkedIn profile where provided, any notes you add, and the CV file you upload.
• Partnership enquiries: your company name, contact person, contact details, country, website, NAICS codes, UEI or DUNS number, a description of your capabilities and any portfolio document you upload.
• General enquiries: your name, email, organization, subject and message.
• Technical information: standard server logs including IP address, which we use to protect the forms from automated abuse.

We do not collect payment card details. Card payments are handled entirely by Stripe on Stripe's own systems — see section 5.

3. How we use your information

• To respond to your enquiry and deliver services you have booked.
• To assess your CV against current and future assignments, and to contact you where there is a potential match.
• To evaluate your organization as a teaming, subcontracting or supply partner, including in proposals we submit to clients.
• To keep records required for accounting, tax and audit purposes.
• To detect and prevent fraud and abuse of our web forms.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling. We will not add you to a marketing mailing list without asking you first.

4. Legal basis

Where the EU or UK GDPR applies to you, we rely on your consent (which you give via the checkbox on each form and may withdraw at any time), on the necessity of processing for performance of a contract where you have booked a consultation, and on our legitimate interests in operating a secure website and evaluating potential partners and consultants.

5. Payment processing

Consultation payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. When you proceed to payment you are taken to a checkout page hosted by Stripe. Your card number and security code are entered on Stripe's systems and are never transmitted to or stored by CSP. We receive only confirmation of payment, the amount, and the contact details you supplied. Stripe's handling of your data is governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy.

6. Service providers

We use a small number of processors to run this website. Each is bound by contract to process data only on our instructions:

• Stripe — payment processing.
• Resend — transactional email delivery.
• Supabase — secure storage of uploaded CV and portfolio files.
• Vercel — website hosting.

7. International transfers

CSP is based in the United States and our service providers process data in the United States and, in some cases, the European Union. Where personal information is transferred out of the EEA or the UK, we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent approved transfer mechanism.

8. How long we keep it

• CV submissions: 24 months from the date of submission, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
• Partnership enquiries: for as long as the partnership is under consideration or active, and 24 months thereafter.
• Consultation and client records: seven years, to meet US tax and accounting requirements.
• General enquiries: 12 months.

9. Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Uploaded files are stored in a private storage bucket that is not publicly accessible; internal access is through time-limited signed links. Access to submissions is restricted toCSP personnel who need it for the purposes described above. No system is perfectly secure, and we encourage you not to include sensitive personal data — such as government identification numbers or health information — in free-text fields or uploaded documents.

10. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access a copy of your personal information, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its processing, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw consent at any time. Residents of Virginia have rights under the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act, and residents of California under the CCPA as amended — including the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them.

To exercise any of these rights, email info@llccsp.com. We will respond within the period required by applicable law, and in any event within 45 days.

11. Cookies

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Stripe may set cookies on its own checkout pages to process your payment and prevent fraud.

12. Children

This website is intended for business use and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
